Tierra Brown is a wife, mother, 20-year U.S. Army veteran, speaker, transformational coach, and author. She is the founder of Powerful & Confident University (PCU), a company dedicated to empowering women to release the burdens of lack, disappointment, and regret to rediscover their identity and live purposeful lives. Drawing from her own journey of transformation, Tierra has made it her mission to help women uncover their greatness and step confidently into their true selves.

Long Bio
Tierra Brown grew up in a small town in North Carolina. Immediately after graduating high school, she enlisted in the Army, where she has served her country for 20 years and is now enjoying this new chapter of retirement. Known for her compassionate and uplifting nature, Tierra has left a lasting impact on everyone she encounters as an Army leader.
Tierra is not only a 20 Army Veteran but also a wife, mother, vocal powerhouse—deemed "The Voice" of Fort Lee, Virginia, for her captivating vocal abilities—and the author of Finding Me: 7 Secrets To Unlock The Woman You Were Created To Be.
This combat veteran served one tour in Afghanistan and was honored to perform live before millions on CNN's Presidential Town Hall with President Barack Obama. Despite these remarkable achievements, Tierra considers her greatest accomplishment to be her marriage and raising four children, all while navigating the demands of military service.
Tierra has worn many hats throughout her life, but a few years ago, she realized that she had lost touch with herself. Somewhere along the way, amidst her roles and responsibilities, she no longer knew who she was.
Though surrounded by loved ones, she felt a void—as if she were missing a crucial chapter of her life.
Unexpectedly, a conversation at the gym sparked an incredible journey of self-discovery, propelling Tierra toward uncovering the missing piece in her life.
What followed was a season filled with blood, sweat, tears, depression, and many lonely nights. Yet, through it all, Tierra evolved. She not only rediscovered who she is as a woman but also unlocked her passion and purpose: helping other women find their voice, reconnect with who they are, and transform their lives from ordinary to extraordinary.
